Following the handover of the tram to a new operator, we need to replace all existing Easyrider Citycards. Unfortunately this means that after you renew your card today, you will either have to:

* Visit the NCT Travel Centre with your current card and we'll issue you a brand new card and transfer the travel over
* Call us on 0115 950 60 70 or e-mail travelcentre@nctx.co.uk and we'll send you a new blank card through the post, which you can renew online next time but at least 7 working days in advance

Today's renewal will go on to your current card and all future renewals need to go on to your new card.

Making A Purchase Renewing your card could not be easier. Simply identify how many days you want to add and click on "Select". After you have finished your selection, click on "Pay Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that we can only accept credit or debit card payment.

Credit Card Security Nottingham City Transport Ltd neither receives nor stores customers' credit card details. The financial transaction takes place exclusively between the customer and Netbanx.
As the result of a small number of customers purchasing travel unethically, NCT regret that Easyrider Citycards can only be renewed for a maximum of 1 month via the internet. In no way have these transactions resulted in customer details being obtained.

Customers wishing to renew for longer periods can renew over the phone 0115 950 60 70 or at the Travel Centre. We apologise for any in convenience caused by this restriction.
